We can engrave your initials at no additional charge (maximum 3 letters) but if so, the mouthpiece can not be returned or exchanged. Shipping will be $20 for USA (insured) and $55 (insured) for Europe. Any other countries will receive a shipping quote. We will inform you by email and include pictures of your mouthpiece when it is ready to ship. Returns: You have a maximum of 2 days to try your mouthpiece once it arrives. If you decide to return or exchange it, you must first contact Vigilante by email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization. The item must be insured for full value and all shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. We collect a 10% restocking fee if a mouthpiece is returned and not exchanged. Mouthpiece must be returned without scratches, dents, and / or ligature marks in as delivered condition so please take care. You may want to protect it with painters blue masking tape from the ligature and teeth marks to keep it in mint condition for the trial period. We will inspect mouthpiece when it is returned.
